Within the field of Immigration & Naturalization, Mr. London has represented thousands of clients and employees of clients in obtaining Temporary Work Visas, Permanent Residents (Green Cards) and Citizenship. Mr. London also represents clients in Asylum and Deportation cases as well.
Current and past clients include: Fortune 500 companies, accounting firms, start-up companies and individuals seeking professional and efficient immigration services. Mr. London is experienced in handling all types of Immigration cases from business-related and family-related to Asylum and Deportation cases.
Mr. London also travels extensively within the Tri-State areas representing clients at interviews in court and not only in New York, but in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts as well.
Regarding Consumer Bankruptcy Law, Mr. London represents primarily individuals who have excessive credit card debt or medical bills and simply cannot afford to pay these bills. Since 1994, Mr. London has filed over 325 Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Cases.
Involved in his local, regional and national communities, Mr. London is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Westchester Bar Association and Yonkers Law Association. Mr. London also lectures regularly on Immigration matters in various settings throughout Westchester County and New York City.
